Smart TV and high-Speed WiFi › Dining table and kitchen KITCHEN: fully stocked kitchen with all top-of-the-line appliances and features. Coffee machine, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, teapot, microwave, stove and oven. BEDROOMS (2) Sleeps 4 people in comfortable beds + 2 people on a premium air mattress #1- Master bedroom, smartTV, a full-body mirror #2- Second Bedroom with spacious closet. This room features a smart TV BATHROOMS (1) All bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo and body wash), plush towels and a hairdryer. OUTDOOR SPACE > Enjoy a private terrace with skyline view > Pool available for 2 people (as per building rules) > Gym ✅ CHECK IN PROCESS 1) The form is sent 5 days before check in and must be completed before arrival. Once submitted, it will trigger an email to collect all necessary information, including ID copies. ⚠️If the form is not properly completed (with full names and valid IDs for all guests), check-in will not be possible. 2) 🕒 Check-In and Arrival You will be contacted via text before check-in, using the phone number provided in the form. Valet parking only. - 0–1 hours: $13.00 - 1–4 hours: $24.00 - 4–10 hours: $30.00 - 10–24 hours: $54.00 -Oversized vehicles: $15 Additional fee - Lost ticket: $50 plus the time the car has been in the lot --- Elevator Access (FOB) One key FOB is available in the apartment upon check-in. It is required for elevator access. 🚨 Please leave the FOB in the apartment at check-out. $120 fee will be charged if the FOB is lost or not left in the apartment. 🏊‍♂️ Amenities Access Building rules allow for 2 access cards to be issued, valid for 2 guests only. We give our guests full privacy but remain available when needed. Our whole team is available 24/7 to help you and ensure that you can have the best experience possible! CLEANING: › All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. › Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.). LOGISTICS: › A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival. › Check-in: 4:00 PM. › Check-out: 11:00 AM. › An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors.  HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment). CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests.
