Bedroom #1 (Master): Features a full private bathroom (with a shower and bathtub), two Queen-size beds, a large walk-in closet, and a 50-inch Smart TV. Bedroom #2: Includes one Queen-size bed, a spacious closet, and a dedicated desk area. Bedroom #3: Contains two Queen-size beds, a decent-sized closet, and a 50-inch Smart TV. Bedroom #4: Offers two Queen-size beds, a 50-inch Smart TV, a desk, and a walk-in closet. Bathrooms (3) All three bathrooms are fully supplied with soft, plush towels, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries (shampoo and body wash). Outdoor Amenities Privacy & Security: The entire property is completely fenced-in. Relaxation & Dining: Features a charming wooden Tiki Hut lounge area with a pool view, an outdoor dining table with seating for eight, swings, love seats, and six total loungers. Our whole team is available 24/7 to help you and ensure that you can have the best experience possible! 📝 Key Property Policies and Services Cleaning & Supplies Professional Cleaning: All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized following CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay. Supplies: Household cleaning supplies (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.) and laundry detergent for the provided washer and dryer are included. Check-in & Check-out Instructions: Personalized check-in details will be sent via a welcome message on the day of your arrival. Times: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee; please inquire about availability and pricing. Property Maintenance Schedule Landscaping: Landscaping service typically occurs once a week, usually on Wednesday or Thursday morning—please do not be alarmed. Pool Cleaning: The pool is serviced twice a week, generally on Wednesday and Saturday mornings—please expect the cleaners during these times. Pool Safety Rules Disclaimer: There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests are asked to use the pool responsibly, and the owners are not liable for any pool-related accidents, injuries, or drowning. Restrictions: No diving is permitted, and glass is strictly prohibited in or near the pool area. Garbage Disposal Collection: The city collects garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. Guest Action: If your stay falls on these days and the bins need emptying, please place the used garbage bins at the front of the driveway. We kindly ask that you return the bins to the side of the house afterwards. If the bins aren't full, our cleaning team will handle them after your departure. House Rules Noise & Parties: Parties and events are not permitted. The home is in a residential area, so we enforce quiet hours and local ordinances which dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Parking: Ample parking space is available in our driveway. Please do not park on the street or on the lawn. Pets: Pets are welcome! Please mention if you plan to bring a pet in your initial booking message. Hospitality & Rental Services Concierge: We offer various hospitality services, including yacht charters, nightclub and dining reservations, exotic cars, and general entertainment bookings. Charters & Car Rentals: As we host many groups in Miami, we can offer preferred rates and assistance with booking boat/yacht rentals and convenient or exotic car rentals through our trusted partners. Additional Equipment: Feel free to ask about specific equipment requests (e.g., baby gear, disabled access equipment, pet gear); we are happy to try and accommodate. Important Notes Security Cameras: Outdoor security cameras are in place and monitored by an external professional company solely for the safety and security of the property and travelers. Personal Items: The host is not responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left behind after check-out. Long-Term Stays: Inquire directly for available discounts on longer-term stays. Wear & Tear Note: Due to the popularity of the property, guests should note there may be minor signs of wear and tear (like luggage marks on walls) or minor furniture arrangement changes.
