We provide free driveway parking on site. Uber is readily available and trips to entertainment areas such as the Hard Rock Casino are usually around $10, to FLL around $15, and down farther south to Miami are around $25. We are offering a self-check-in to give you the outmost privacy, but it doesn’t mean we aren’t available for you if you need any assistance. We are actually available 24/7 for our guests. CLEANING: › All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety. › Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.). › Washer and dryer (detergent is provided) LOCATION › Best Central Location. Very quiet residential neighborhood while staying steps away from all the entertaining activities Miami has to offer. › Beaches 12 min, Miami Beach 25min, Wynwood 25 min, Brickell 27 min South Beach 30 min. › FLL Airport: 13 min - Uber $15 . Miami Airport: 27min/$25 . Casino: 8 min NEIGHBORHOOD › Quiet neighborhood, you might enjoy small walks in the neighborhood. › Few blocks away the area is surrounded by shops and restaurants LOGISTICS: › A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival. › Check-in: 4:00 PM › Check-out: 11:00 AM. › An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing. POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced 2 times a week during the morning between 8 and 10 AM, so if you see someone outside by the pool don't be alarmed. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes once a week usually on Wednesdays in the morning so don't be alarmed. GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure. PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors.  PARKING: Our driveway provides ample parking. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn. PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us. HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment). CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out. BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests.
